1. RoloCRM needs internet access to show this report.
2. If you are using mobile data and you are also making calls constantly, you will not have consistent internet access.
3. This means that the updates will take some time to show up on the reports. So please do not check these reports unless necessary.




First ensure that you are checking today's reports. Click on the clock icon on the top right and ensure that the Duration is set to 'Today'.



If the Duration is set to 'Today' and your numbers are still not right, try synchronizing mobile app data using the instructions here.

If that does not work, try to import the most recent calls using the instructions here.
