Under rare circumstances, when your internet connectivity is poor you may experience synchronization issues that may require a complete reset of all your contacts. If this is necessary, you will be advised by your support agent to do so.


You can 'RESET CONTACTS' using the following procedure. 



Note:
1. Do not perform this operation unless explicitly asked to do so by a support agent.
2. When you perform this operation, ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the internet. If you are connected to a mobile data network, don't make or receive calls till this operation is over.



Open RoloCRM, click on the menu on the top left.


Once you are inside the menu, click on settings.



Click on Advanced Settings




Click on RESET CONTACTS



Once you click 'PROCEED' on the popup, RoloCRM will reset your contacts and fetch all your records afresh from the server. This will take time. Please be patient.
