RoloCRM periodically syncs your mobile app and your desktop app. Sometimes, this sync does not happen due to lack of internet connection. When this happens, you can perform a manual SYNC.


Open the RoloCRM app and click on the menu on the top left. 



Once you are inside the menu, click on settings





Click on Sync



Check the time of last sync. If this time is not current, click on 'SYNC NOW' and wait for sync to complete.
