After you have added your existing customer contacts to RoloCRM and invited your team members to use RoloCRM, you can assign customer contacts to team members are appropriate. Team members can see only contacts that are assigned to them.

If you want to assign more than one contact just select multiple contacts. That's it!

Note

  • Contacts can be assigned/ re-assigned only by the Admin 
  • The same contact can be assigned to more than one team member.
