This article shows you how to setup call recording on Redmi 6A. The approach given here will work on most Redmi phones. 

First open the dialer on your phone (the phone app from which you make regular calls).

Click on the three-line menu on the bottom left

Click on settings

Click on Call recording

Turn on 'Record calls automatically'. Ensure you have selected 'All numbers' and click on the back button. 

Note: Even though your phone records all numbers, RoloCRM will capture only customer calls.
