Once you have setup call recording, you can verify if RoloCRM is uploading customer call recordings.


Here is how you can do it. First, make a call to a contact on RoloCRM. After the call is over, click on the calls tab at the bottom


Click on the icon next to the first call on the list of recent calls.


You should find your most recent call log along with the recording (as shown in the picture below). If you see this, it means that call recording is up and running on your phone.
