Normally, RoloCRM sends you notifications when a task is due or when an employee misses a customer call and so on.  If you are not getting these notifications, it could be because of settings on your phone that could be preventing these notifications. 


Fortunately, this can be fixed easily.


1. Check if notifications are enabled for RoloCRM on your device

2. Check if 'High background power consumption' is set to on for RoloCRM.


For item #1 above, follow these steps


  1. Go to Settings>Status bar and notification>Manage notification
  2. Select RoloCRM
  3. Select 'Allow notification'


For item #2 above, follow these steps

  1. Go to Settings>Battery>High background power consumption
  2. Select RoloCRM and enable
