• When you enable an email account for auto logging on the phone, please enable "Upload Emails to CRM Server" (Available under Settings->Email Accounts->)
  • When you access the interaction history of the contact, you should now be able to see the emails from the accounts added.
  • Sync the app so that your settings are saved to the server.
  • If you login to the desktop app from https://web.rolocrm.in, hit the sync button on the top right of the screen. You should now be able to see the same interactions that you see on your mobile.
